Road surface properties - skid resistance / rolling resistance / noise nmissions

In WP3 different parameters of road surfaces and tyres which are relevant for skid resistance, rolling resistance and noise emissions are described. The interdependencies between skid resistance, rolling resistance and noise emission will be examined and recommendations for optimisation of the interaction of road surfaces and tyres related to those issues will be given. Additionally knowledge gaps that can be closed with future research will be determined by this work package.
