The conference will be held in the Vilnius LITEXPO Centre located in a green area of the city.

The medieval Old Town of Vilnius, which is announced as a UNESCO World Heritage site will celebrate its 690 anniversary in 2013. The city is located between the geographical centre of Europe and the picturesque Trakai, the capital of the biggest European country in the XV century the Grand Duchy of Lithuania.
