Description: |
The annual conference EURO-ZEL – organized by the University of Zilina and well established since 1990 – undergoes an update. The contents of the recent symposium should reflect the new challenges faced by the railways due to the current economic situation in the European Countries and elsewhere.
The symposium would like to profit from merging the efforts performed in the European countries and abroad, further enhance the internationality of the event and strengthen the scientific contributions, helping to cope with the major challenges of the European rail system. The EURO - ZEL 2012 will offer the opportunity to discuss the major challenges as well as technological and organizational solutions for the future European Rail system with experts and high level representatives from the supply industry, operators and research institutions.
The previous years the ZEL involved more than 200 experts from the operators, suppliers and the scientific community, mainly from the CEEC's but also from other European countries (e.g. Austria, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Great Britain, Sweden, Norway) and beyond (e.g. China, Korea, Japan). EURO- Zel 2012 enables you also to reach a carefully targeted audience with influential executive, research and educational influence in the railway industry.
