The 3rd European Conference on Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion is the major European event bringing stakeholders in the prevention of accidents and injuries from across Europe to exchange, debate and discuss the latest results in injury research, policies and practices.
The conference debates and conclusions will also contribute to a 'Report to the EU-Council' on the implementation of the EU- Recommendation on the prevention of injuries and proposals for new EU-initiatives in the field of injury prevention, that the Commission is expected to present by the end of this year.
