A very warm welcome to TEN-T Days in Tallinn: the start of a new era in European infrastructure. So much has happened since last year's event, above all the EU's agreements on revising TEN-T policy up to 2050 and the Connecting Europe Facility whose funding will be vital to build the modern and integrated transport system that Europe needs.
