SPENS and ARCHES are projects within the European Commission's 6th Framework Programme focussing on issues related to the New member States and Candidate Countries. The Final Seminar, a mix of keynote presentations and parallel sessions, will focus primarily on the development, assessment, and end results of each respective project.
